Cutting back on alcohol can help to increase your chances of becoming pregnant. If you are able to cut it out altogether this will help even more. A few investigations have recently been carried out which showed that women who avoided alcohol altogether became pregnant quicker than those who had a glass of wine more than once a week.

Relaxation

Stress can reduce ovulation making it more difficult to get pregnant. If you have a stressful job, try to de-stress on a regular basis. Going to the gym after work or going for a swim or maybe having regular sessions at your local Spa may help to relax you. If you haven’t got the cash to splash out at your local Spa or Gym then you can set up your own make shift Spa by taking a relaxing bath and pampering yourself at least once a week. Maybe you could go for a gentle stroll or a job a couple evenings a week after work to help relax you.
